To the President of United States of America Barack Obama
From: Saigon Tech Entrepreneurs
Dear President Obama,
In 1995 the US and Vietnam normalized relations, enabling the Vietnamese American diaspora to return to Vietnam to help build an entrepreneurial tech community. Twenty-years later, Vietnam now ranks only behind Singapore and Indonesia in terms of new startups.
We hope that the two countries continue to strengthen their ties to further allow entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership to flourish in Vietnam.
